1. Reduce breast size by liposuction
Breast is made up of mammary gland, fat, muscles etc. A big part of breast is fat and mammary gland. Thus, liposuction can reduce the breast size by removing some fat.
2. Donut breast reduction
The doctor will draw two circle lines around the mammary areola. The two lines looks like a donut shape, so we call it as donut breast reduction. The surgeon will cut along the donut lines, then remove the excess fat and gland, and suture the cut. By this way, it reduce the breast size and can lift the breast, too. It is suitable for middle level of macromastia.
3. Reversed T breast reduction
The drawing lines look like a lollipop and sutured seams look like a reversed T. This can reduce size and lift breast. It is suitable for severe macromastia.
