Most girls are deeply troubled by general problems such as acne marks, dark spots, sunburn, and color spots, which all point to the same symptom group-pigmentation.
Faced with pigmentation, what should we do?
Pigmentation is the increase of pigment in different colors, ranges and shades of human skin due to various reasons. The pigmentation process of human skin is very complex, and there are different degrees of melanin metabolism disorders.
Pigments are generally divided into two types, one is the pigment produced by the human body, and the other is the exogenous pigment.

Causes of pigmentation
The most important determinant of skin color is heredity.

Long-term sun exposure and ultraviolet allergy will accelerate the synthesis of melanin and cause darker skin tone.

Pollution, haze, smoking and so on form a large amount of oxygen free radicals that can cause skin inflammation. It also activates melanocytes, which synthesize melanin and cause color deposition.

Changes in hormone levels can cause melanin deposition.

Anxiety, depression and other emotions can lead to endocrine disorders, increased melanin synthesis and darkened skin.

Cosmetic allergies (flavors, pigments, preservatives). Hormone-dependent dermatitis caused by cosmetics, incomplete cleaning of cosmetics, etc. can cause skin inflammation and darkening.

How to prevent and treat?
Sunscreen: Do not expose to the sun for a long time, and apply sunscreen to the exposed parts when you go out.
Fruit acid skin rejuvenation: If it is used together with household fruit acid skin care products, the effect is better.
Laser: The laser can be absorbed by melanosomes, The melanin particles are crushed and excreted through the lymphatic circulation. The superficial melanin fragments will fall off with the dander.
