Four types of dark circles
Vascular type
Vascular type is due to lack of sleep and other reasons resulting in poor blood circulation around the eyes, and the skin around the eyes is thin, the appearance is blue-purple dark circles. As the age increases, the skin loses elasticity and becomes thinner, which also makes the dark circles more obvious.
Pigment type
Inflammation of periocular skin and pigmented nevus of periorbital skin caused by sun exposure and drug eruption are common causes of pigmented dark circles. It is recommended to do a good job of eye sunscreen, less heavy makeup, less rubbing the eyes, and add vitamin A and vitamin C in moderation.
Eye groove type
The skin around the eyes is saggy, the muscles are flabby, the eye groove is sunken, can cause local shadow and cause the appearance of dark circles. Such people should try to ensure adequate sleep.
Eye bag type
Influenced by age, the skin around the orbit is flabby, the fat of the eyeballs protrudes to form an eye bag, and dark circles with shadows appear under the eyes. Eye bags can increase the pressure on the skin and blood vessels around the orbit, make the blood vessels closer to the skin, and make the dark circles more obvious. In addition, bad habits will accelerate aging, so that eye bags appear early.
Improve dark circles
Don't stay up late
To say goodbye to dark circles, the first step is to stop staying up late. Try to fall asleep before 11 o'clock in the evening to ensure 7-8 hours of sleep per night.
Hot and cold towels alternately apply to the eyes
The vascular type dark circles caused by staying up late and using excessive eye can be applied alternately with cold and hot towels before going to bed. First apply a warm towel about 40 degrees for 30 seconds, then change a cold towel for 30 seconds, which can be repeated many times.
Wear Sunglasses
Ultraviolet rays in the sun can damage the capillaries of the eye, leaving the skin dull and dark, causing dark circles. Therefore, you can wear sunglasses with UV protection when you go out on sunny days.
